General Policy

  • Contact Us First: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@diversitybeans.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review your concern.

  • Errors on Our Part: If an error occurred with your order (such as the wrong item, missing item, or damage during shipping), we’ll gladly correct it or issue a replacement/refund.

  • Perishable Items: For health and safety reasons, our edible products cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, except in cases where we made an error.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

  • We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly and improve future orders.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All food items (including Diversity Beans and other perishable goods) are final sale, unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
